Evan is the best worker I’ve ever met, very good customer service and definitely pretty cheap all things considered. He fixed my iPhone XR that had a bend in it, back glass completely broken, screen broken, and the front camera not working perfectly. Thank you so much. Edit: I had to come back for a battery replacement and when I got it back it randomly caused more issues and thanks to evo repairs and all of their help they situated it for me and I couldn’t of been more grateful. I definitely recommend coming here for your replacements as they know what they are doing and they are very fair on prices. Some instances they even do discounts. First let me start by saying the response time was amazing. I submitted an inquiry for a quote and within a few minutes I was getting both an email and a phone call. I spoke with Evan, explained my issue and he immediated knew the problem. They had my phone fixed and back to me within 1 day. Had they had the part on site, I would have been done the same day. I didnt mind the wait. The nicest team of people. Did I mention they are cost friendly? Their pricing strategy is on point. And there was a warranty for the repair which made it even nicer. I didnt feel like I had to leave both my arm and leg for what I needed done. Phones are too expensive. Going to EVO was the best decision. A++ ~ TJ

I've been to Evo 3 times--when my cell locked up, my son''s laptop cracked and when my desktops memory was full. Each time, the techs were friendly and solved our problems. I'm a boomer, but they never made me feel stupid. They taught me what happened and how to fix it. On my "full" desktop, I asked if they could add memory. I was pleasantly surprised when they found that I had plenty of memory, but everything was saving to one of two drives. They could have easily replaced the memory and charged me, instead they reset it and didnt charge me any more that the initial service fee. I highly recommend Evo Repair. ~ Carol M

I walked in with my Xbox series X that needed a fan replaced. The staff were really kind and helpful in assisting me with my issue. I left my Xbox there to be repaired, which they said would take maybe an entire day or the weekend. About 20 minutes after they called me to confirm pricing and what would need to be replaced, they said my console was ready for pickup, which was far earlier than what I was expecting. The staff were super helpful and open to any questions I had about the repair. Once I arrived to pick up my console, they showed me that the new fan was working. I was going to ask them to do that anyway, but they took initiative and showed me before even asking. After payment, they said that there was 90-day support for my console in case anything were to happen to the fan again. I would definitely come here again for repairs I need on any of my devices and I can’t recommend them enough! ~ Fish

My boyfriend had an Xbox that hasn't worked and had been sitting in a smoke filled house for many years. We googled a place to take it and found Evo Repairs. When I called, it was 10 minutes before they closed and Evan offered to wait for us to get there to drop it off- which was very unexpected but very much appreciated. After diagnosing the issue, doing a thorough cleaning, and ordering/replacing a part- it was fixed and ready the next day. The communication was great throughout the short process and I was shocked with how fair the cost was. I'm not sure of what all they fix, but highly recommend if you have any game consol problems. ~ Katie F

I got all my PC parts replaced. I have problems with dizziness and trying to replace expensive parts was not something I could do myself. They were able to essentially disassemble and reassemble my new PC from its housing - and provide payment for some of the leftover parts I no longer needed. I run Alyphira Crochet - and my personal game library - all from my PC so it was extremely important to have my PC done quickly. The whole thing was ready to go after about a day and a half. The staff was also super friendly, and did an amazing job of ignoring my service dog, which has been a rarity lately so it was very refreshing. ~ Alexandra Z

I cannot say enough good things about the Hamilton store and its crew. Brought my PS5 in the day after Thanksgiving because it stopped reading any disks. Fearing that I would need a whole disk drive replacement I discussed the issue with the tech in the store and he reassured me that they could fix it. Every associate I interacted with was super friendly, empathetic, and helpful. I wasn’t home 5 minutes and I got a call that they knew the problem (laser array was bad) and could fix it that day. Gave me the price over the phone and I picked up my PS5 the next day. Working perfectly and cannot recommend the shop enough ~ Sean C

My sons Nintendo would not turn on. I called Owen with Evo Repairs to understand my options. He clearly outlined the typical problems previous customers had experienced and provided a range options I could expect as repairs. Owen replaced our charging port then realizing the issue was not solve, called me to explain parts needed ordered. I approved. The parts arrived as expected then quickly installed. Owen called with the great news of repair success and we rushed right over to pick it up. Even stayed open past close time as we were running a few minutes late. Highly recommend Evo Repairs! I am a little late doing my review. But I have a custom gaming Pc and I was very scared of just letting any one work on it. How ever I did research and found Evo Repairs. Best decision made! I can't express how great this company is. They're very respectful and understood the assignment from the beginning. Price for my repair wasn't very expensive. I was updated during the process of the repair. Didn't take long to repair at all. I live an hour away from Evo Repair and I'll do the drive all over again it was very worth it. Found EVO repairs through an internet search looking for help in repairing an XBOX series S device. The experience overall was simple, cost effective and fast. Walked in with the device to be repaired around 2 pm to drop it off. Was kept in the loop through out the day as to where in the process my repair was and received notification it was repaired and ready for pick up that same afternoon at 6 pm. I highly recommend this company for their services. As a father to a household of 4 boys who are hard on gaming consoles, I will most certainly be returning. ~ Joe G

My iPhone SE camera and battery were beginning to fail, and with the way things are right now money is tight and I could not afford to pay for a brand new phone. I went and got a quote and for the battery and the camera it was going to be about $120 (it only ended up being $101). Even though I couldn't pay to have it done that day, the redheaded gentlemen was kind enough to go ahead and order the camera that same day. A couple days later I came back and he replaced my camera and battery in less than an hour and even cleaned my phone, and it works like new! Can't recommend this place enough! ~ Jonathan S

I must say when I brought my device in had a Knowing within my gut this was the Right Place for me. Evan address my concerns and his expertise reassured me this young man was very knowledgeable. I have been to other big names companies only to be either Dismiss & my issues were Never addressed in a timely manner. I love that fact that this was hands on and not 7- 10 people working on your device without ever communicating to the other personnel what was done. I will ALWAYS come to these guys from now on! Seamless process. I am clumsy by nature but today was a complete happenstance. Had a cracked screen, but the phone was entirely functional for months. All of a sudden I had the white, black, and green screen of death. These guys work their butts off to make it happen as quick as you need. Got me in on the same day. I got there a little late after work, but they agreed to squeeze me in and worked as fast as possible to get it done. Understaffing doesn’t stop them at all. I watched multiple people walk in with different devices, and every customer was met with a smile and great attitude no matter how busy they were. They communicated eloquently and made sure each individual felt as though they were getting the care that deserved. They were honest and up front about pricing, and even worked to help you understand how you can make sure your phone is covered affordably. I drove here from Oxford because it had the best reviews and was not disappointed. Staff was very personable and informative. I had a somewhat unique issue with my laptop and they were able to repair it. I was worried I would have to buy a new laptop but they made sure I didn't. I recommend them to all my friends in the area because I believe their service is above average. Last night my phone screen started acting up and then I couldn't see anything anymore . I had recently just gotten a new screen from breakage. But this time there wasn't any breakage! I walked in not long after they opened . Evan helped me & explained everything very well . He got it done in a timely manner! I'm very pleased with the service and the quality of my screen! Took my Lenovo laptop in to EVO Repairs because it was running sooo slowww. Tried everything I could think of, and what advice/hints that youtube could give me. So frustrated, I gave up. Owen was very nice, tried a few things while I waited, then realized hw needed a bit more time. He kept my laptop overnight, re-installing Windows, which had some glitches in their updates. I had the pleasure of working with Owen and Evan at EVO repair. My laptop was showing error codes and they took a look at it and had it back to me the next day. I then brought in another laptop and they had a quote for me the next day as well. When I decided to not go ahead with repairs (old laptop) they didn’t pressure me at all the have any services done. I highly recommend this establishment.! My experience was quick and easy. I was quoted a high price somewhere else with a turnover time of 3-4 weeks for my PS5. I brought it to EVO Repairs and was quoted a very reasonable price and same day pick up with a turnover time of only an hour and a half.! Since my previous statement seems inaccurate, Evan thought that just cleaning could only slightly solve the overheating problem with my laptop. Nah, you did soooo great! It really helps a lot. My nearly 3-year-old laptop just needed an internal cleaning and a bit of thermal grease, and Evan did it perfectly. Now its internal temperature is no longer higher than 75°C, it does not feel hot to the touch, and it does not lag due to overheating when playing certain games. Perfect repair service. ~ Y “

Super nice and professional employees. The experience was very simple and quick. The screen replacement part for my daughter's phone wasnt in stock, but that wasn't a big deal. They ordered it on a Saturday afternoon and it came in on the following Tuesday. They had my daughter's screen replaced with a couple hours after I dropped it off. Very inexpensive - especially compared to buying a whole new phone - and pleasant experience. I'll definitely come back here in the future. ~ Anna S

I bought a used iPad from Evo Repairs and it had an issue with the on off switch. I took it in and they fixed it immediately but then I had a problem with it again after a week or so and I took it back to them. Evan said they would keep it overnight and do what they needed to do with cleaning it several times to make sure it was fixed. It is working great. Found them on google. Needed to get my son’s iPad screen fixed. We walked right in. They got us all set up for the repair process. Since it was later in the evening it wasn’t a same day pick up( which I figure and was fine with). Communication with them was great. Received and text and email once ready.
